SPECIAL LECTURE by Roger Ricco, gallerist, artist, author, and 2006 Diane Marek Series Visiting Artist, who will discuss his research and experiences with these and other remarkable artists with disabilities. Lecture Thurs., Nov. 16, 5:30pm, Derthick Hall, 624 Vine St., followed by Opening Reception at the Cress. Shuttle service available between Derthick and the Fine Arts Center. Exhibition dates: Nov. 16 - Dec. 10, 2017.

CAFE AVATAR an exhibition of work by Sonnenzimmer, the collaborative of Fall 2017 UTC Diane Marek Series Visiting Artists Nick Butcher and Nadine Nakanishi, CONTINUES thru Nov. 3 for the public, and on Nov. 4 for a special visit by the newsouthtourco.com and its weekend participants! First edition copies of Sonnenzimmer's book, "Cafe Avatar", containing the artists' essay and original screen prints and risographs, is still available for a $40 or more contribution to the UTC Friends of the Gallery.
